5. Get hit by a motorist while crossing the street themselves
6. Sit in their car to stay dry when it rains and never leave said car
7. Stand around, shout to each other across the street, and ignore all pedestrians
8. Misplace their hand-held stop sign, refuse to cross pedestrians without it
9. Call in sick, have police officer fill in for them who does a much better job
10. Collect a paycheck for doing nothing for 3 hours a day
11. Fiddle away on their cell phones
